Hadley and Pumpkin adopted - Lincoln Park

These 2 little sweeties were adopted last weekend.  We have been slow in blogging and posting.  Good Assistants are sometimes hard to find.  Wishing them well in their new homes.  Hadley we love you and Pumpkin, you are the sweetest.
Mom remembered her camera for this trip to Lincoln Park and Fauntleroy Park.  You will notice something missing as you see the pictures.

Hadley is definitely not missing.  This was her first big walk/hike.  M says she was excellent in manners and just being a dog.  Hadley was very happy and so was M.

Sammy our friend and Hadley exploring the sniffs under the trees.

Pretty greenery and a beautiful warm sunny day!!!

M liked this because the fern and the tree were so intermixed.

Don't know what to call these flowers but the are pretty.

A view of the Olympic Mountains as Hadley and company headed for Fauntleroy Park on the way home.

This gate was all out of metal and beautiful as was the garden.

Starting thru Fauntleroy Park aka Whiskey Woods.  Kinda like that name better.

Hadley - what a poser.  Loving the smells and all the things to check out.  All seemed new to her but she was really liking it.

This sniff had a lot to tell her.

This is a small creek and Hadley was ready to go wandering in it and maybe a swim You probably notice a real lack of pictures of anyone other than Hadley.  WE stayed home.  Me Ernie, cuz I can only go for short walks for awhile and the others of us - well, M just left them home. But to be fair, she did take us out later. Have a good weekend and enjoy.  Thanks for stopping by to visit.

  3. Hi Ernie, that was a great little walk that you missed. But when you're all healed, I bet you'll get a chance to do that walk too. Best wishes to Hadley and Pumpkin.

  4. We are so happy that Hadley and Pumpkin got their forever homes. Right now I am thinking of them making some humans very happy. And they are probably (i am sure) telling their new humans how special you all were.
Thank you for sharing the beauty of the world around you- the flowers and trees, and trails and moutains,
    love

  9. Yay to Hadley and Pumpkin! I am so furry happy they found new loving forever homes! They are such beauties, I know you will miss them.

The photos are wonderful! What a beautiful part of the country you live in! The flowers are very pretty, and everything is so green. And what a great view of the Olympic Mountains.

Ernie, sorry you could not go on the walk but it was nice of M to leave your brofurs/sisfurs home with you so you were not alone. Hopefully soon you will be able to go back to Lincoln Park.

  10. Woos of joy for Hadley and Pumpkin! May they be forever safe and pampered and cared for and loved!

Your park photos are absolutely lovely! Sometimes momma REALLY misses lush wet green! We think another family trip to the Park is in order just as soon as you are able, Ernie.
