Home Again

Hi everybuddy, We had fun but I wondered if we were ever going to get home so I could make sure all was OK there!! Good to be back - don't get me wrong we had a great time at the cabin. One morning Mom looked out the door & saw these big birds.... She said they were wild Turkeys. They sure looked big. She took a video with her camera & the clip looked good but she couldn't get it to work on my blog. Some kinda errors.....
Mom made me put in this picture. It was the least I could do for her since she is my Assistant. She made blankets & a sleeping sacks for the PUP kids for their crates. They are so soft & cuddly. She thinks the rescues need something soft & cuddly in their crates. I think she is right. I liked mine.
Chica saw the sleeping sack M made. She took it over. She likes to snuggle & cuddle under soft blankies.
M took lots of pics of me & Porter. We wished she would stop with the flashy thing. Anyhow, Porter stopped right in the middle of our play time to say "Please don't show me in my belly band." M didn't listen & here he is in all his shame. He doesn't have to wear it outside though. I think he is learning cuz there isn't as many markings from "Sir Marks A Lot".
Porter & me playing outside. I like it cuz he plays & chases & plays bitey face with me.
Sasha curled on the bed under the table after a day of exploring & sniffing outside. Chica did her usual curling up to Sasha. They do this a lot.
Porter showing his happy face. We sure hope he finds a great home. He deserves it. A girl was very interested in him at the Adoption Event this past weekend. She said she was going to fill out an application. She lives on a ranch and she rescues horses (along with her friend). Porter is sturdy & fun. She thought he would be good with her & her horses. M thought so too. Keep paws crossed for the right place for him.
Follow the Leader. Sasha, Chica, & Porter doing a WalkAbout. Sasha was not on a leash but the 2 small ones were. M says we have to watch out for them because of critters & eagles.
Some good/interesting sniffs here. Lots of mail from lots of different "friends".Cooperate- schmoperate!!!!! She always tries to get us all in the same picture. One or more of us always manages to look the other way.
Here I am imitating my friend Bailey (of the 4 B's) Actually he isn't just a friend he is my "brother Schnoodle" Everyone (M & Baileys M) Say so.... By the way Happy 7th Birfday Bailey!!!
Chica & Porter. Having fun & enjoying the new smells from overnight.
Heard M & D talking to a friend who has a cabin near ours. He had an encounter with a bear who didn't seem afraid of him at all - that is until F shot his gun into the air. The bear took right off VERY FAST. M & D say don't ever feed the critters or leave food out. It is an invitation to critters like Mr Bear to come around more often.
Have a good week!! We will be visiting you - our friends more now that we are home again.
