| Our sweet Sammy girl was adopted. The wonderful lady who adopted her saw her on Petfinder and fell in love. The special thing was she had Doxies before Sammy and their names were Sammy. When she saw Sammy's face, she knew this was the furiend for her. The lady was sad because her beloved Lab had just died the week before. But she knew she couldn't live without a dog furiend. She had never been without one. They took to each other immediately. Awesome! |

| This is me and Sammy checking out the "weed" bed. M says she is working on cleaning out weeds and replanting. Notice I still have my leash on. GOOD NEWS. All the therapy and ice packs have helped. What a couple of months --- it was boring always being on leash and in an ex-pen. NOW I can be off leash for short times and get a bit more exercise. I am SOOO happy. I can wander in the back yard, watch the cats and people, even jog a bit. Being outside -- priceless! |

This girl is Maggie. It was a VEry cold and long winter where they live. It lasted so long that at times even those 3 didn't want to walk on the ice or the frozen snow.
M and I have more pics of things we saw on our trip. A couple babies, wild horses, AND when we got back 2 more fosters. Nellie and Elise. Pictures to come. M better make it quick cuz those 2 sweeties both have meet and greets at tomorrow's Adoption Event.
