Finally, we got our long walk at Whiskey Woods and Lncoln Park. WhooHoo!!!
Chica & me leading the way. Lately M seems to get more butt shots. She attaches herself to those long things and stays behind us.
A muddy wet spot in Whiskey Woods. The rains had left the hillside leaking..
Sammy & his Mom went with us. Sammty is almost hidden by his Mom's legs. Maybe he was staying away from the camera thingie.
Two big trees along the path in Lincoln Park.
These trees are barely hanging on & are growing sideways. There were places where the hillside had slid. M said it was because of all the rains we had.
Chica & me going down the hill & heading for the beach. The sun was very bright!!! Almost wondered what that shiny thing was in the sky.
Another downhill with sun spots. Think M musta liked them in the picture.
Still more downhill trail. Sometimes we go up these trails & wander up & down on the different ones.
Sammy posing on the rocks at the beach.
That Sam has become a real ham. He is always sneaking into M's pictures....
Finally, one of Chica. She wanted to keep moving. Quit standing around....M & D met a transport from CA to pick up this little guy. They were only going to have him for a couple of days until the next leg of the transport to go get "tutored" (We didn't tell him what that really was...
All us really liked the little guy. He was all bones and very frail so we watched over him & treated him very nice.
He got cold easy so Mom put a little jacket "muscle shirt" on him and he was very comfy in the blanket. Chica liked him and watched over him. Dad's lap was very full.
His name is Remy and he weighs about 3#'s. He is a SURVIVOR!!! He was considered to be dead until his eye flickered. His temp was down to about 84degrees. They gave him a chance and just when they thought it wasn't going to work - Guess What!!! He got up and walked..Even if a bit shaky. Everyone who has met him has fallen in love with him and wants to give him a BEST forever life with loving folks.
Here he is with Sasha. She really liked him too. She is so GOOD with the little ones. She is a pushover with them most of the time.
Have a good week.
What a beautiful walk! We haven't gone on a walk today at all yet... It is so cold INSIDE, Mama is scared to even think about going OUTSIDE!

We couldn't find anything on Whiskey Woods. The sound looked very tranquil the day you hiked down to the beach.
