OUTrageous!!! Hi it's me Chica. Since I posted about clothes already, Ernie was too embarassed & Sasha didn't even want to bark about this one....
M was looking at something on Animal Planet & saw some videos. This was just TOO much. We're going to have to start putting "dog controls" on what she looks at on the internet.
Here it is: What do you think? Personally I would be totally embarassed wearing one. Haven't done a video like this before so hope it shows up OK.
Well, we had an Adoption Event yesterday. It was a slow day and only 1 pup was adopted. M & D left here with 4 fosters. Came back with 2 - one was Mario the Pom, and the other was a new one named Pinto. He is a sweetie M says. I tried to put him in his place and show him I was a leader. He didn't believe me-- he growled at me so I decided to go lay down for a while rethink my approach till he got over it.
Chica, Thank you. I am going to take over and tell the rest of the story. Anyhow, at the adoption event---- 3 of the 4 fosters we had were going to new foster homes. We are trying to reorganize so the fosters only have 1 maybe 2 fosters at a time. Caya, Lucas, and Fritz were going home with their new fosters. It was hard letting them go. We were only going to bring Mario home. That changed--- Pinto needed to go home with someone. So--- he came home with us. He is fitting right in. He has a lot of energy so He can go on long walks and some hikes with us. That will be good.
This is the only pic of him so far.
Thanks Chica for letting me put in some thoughts.
PS Some people loved the crate blankets, muscle shirts, and dog coats and actually bought some. All in all a good day spent with great people & sweet pups.
Mom

that's a crazy video! we would die with embarrassment. and why would we even want a wig when we have such beautiful hairs to start with??? that's just crazy!
ReplyDeletepeoples are probably getting busy this time of year and don't want to bring home a new pup right now. we're sorry it's slow, but maybe people will adopt more pups in january.

How do you chase a cat or squirrel in a wig???!!!
ReplyDeleteWe can't even move if we have on a bandana.
Too bad more pups didn't find their forever homes, but maybe there perfect families just couldn't come that day.
XXXOOO Daisy, Kendra & Bella
Ok, those wigs are proof that the beans are truly nuts! They could do much better things with the cash they must be desperate to get rid of!
ReplyDeleteI hope the new fostering plan works out for you! I can't what you go through with nnumber of dog adjustments every one makes in your home, on a regular basis!
Oh no, we have enough hair around here!
ReplyDeleteSorry that the little guys didn't find homes, but I'm sure they will in time. Your blankets and shirts will make great holiday gifts.
I'm sorry that there weren't more adoptions. You are good people, stepping up for the dogs who need you.
ReplyDeleteShe'd have to khatch this Siberian furst!
